PAYMENT

The Website accepts payment for Products in pounds (£) sterling and others.

Payment is processed for orders via the Seller Deck Payments secure gateway which accepts payment for Products by: Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, and American Express. We also accept payment using PayPal.

Please note that if the security department suspects fraud, we have the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons. In most cases, you will be notified of authorisation or fraud issues, if they occur, before you complete the check-out process.

RETURNS, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 28 days and would like to return or exchange any of your orders, please get in touch with us at info@jaggears.co.uk or telephone us at +44 7398 811877 (open 9.00 am - 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday).

All goods purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 28 days of purchase, provided the items are unopened and in their original packaging. When returning your goods, please enclose your original dispatch note/receipt or add a cover note with your contact details and order number.

All returns are made at the customers' own cost and risk. Jag Gear UK Ltd will refund the postal cost of your returns only if the items are faulty or damaged. We recommend that customers send returns via Recorded Delivery, as Jag Gear UK Ltd will not assume responsibility for items lost in transit. Provided goods are returned in their original condition, a full refund will be made within 30 days from receipt of goods to Jag Gear UK Ltd.

We will happily replace, repair (where possible), or issue credit for any goods that are defective owing to a Jag Gear’s error, e.g., product damaged, faulty texture or fragrance, wrong product shipped, or faulty device/container product. We will refund the cost of standard return delivery and send you a replacement order free of delivery charge - provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.

Refunds will only be made against the original debit/credit card used.

You must retain proof of postage for all returns.
